We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and responsiveness to market demands.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities involved in the supply chain to ensure effective and efficient processes.
• Develop and manage budgets related to supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
• Continuously improve supply chain processes through innovation and the adoption of new technologies.
• Manage logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is an advantage

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles

• Supply Chain Analysis

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD)

Languages

• English: Fluent
