Job Description

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team in Durban. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience in streamlining supply chain processes. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our supply chain operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on supply chain strategies.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements to existing supply chain processes.
• Develop reports on process efficiency and propose solutions for bottlenecks.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support the development of training materials for staff on supply chain best practices.
• Prepare documentation for audit purposes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management or relevant field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel Skills
• Supply Chain Analytics Tools

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal Skills
• Project Management

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Ability to lead initiatives across multiple departments to improve overall supply chain performance.
