Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing customer success strategies and initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and retention. Your goal will be to foster partnerships that drive growth for both our clients and our business.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer advocacy programs and case studies to showcase success stories.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
  • Collaborate with marketing for effective customer success storytelling.
  • Identify customer churn risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Regularly update internal stakeholders on customer feedback and program effectiveness.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and concerns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master’s degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service or customer success roles
