Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative in Durban to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support. Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation certificate or equivalent
  • Customer Service Certification is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or call center environment
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems
  • Basic knowledge of data entry
Soft Skills
  • Empathy
  • Adaptability

  • Knowledge of conflict resolution strategies: Understanding of techniques for resolving disputes and customer complaints.
