We're on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and developing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. You will be responsible for shaping the online presence of our clients, driving brand awareness, and engaging communities across multiple social media channels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of social media accounts to optimize performance.
• Engage directly with users through comments, messages, and posts.
• Test and refine ad copy to increase conversion rates.
• Organize and execute online promotions and giveaways.
• Mentor junior team members in social media best practices.
• Implement strategies to grow the follower base organically.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or relevant field
• Social Media Management Certification would be advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience including managing paid campaigns
