As a Spot Facer at Metal Works Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our metal and plastic products. You will be involved in finishing metal surfaces through grinding and polishing techniques, along with conducting thorough quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the grinding and polishing process of various metal surfaces.
• Ensure that all completed work is up to quality standards through meticulous inspections.
• Manage and organize tools and equipment for optimal efficiency.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other production team members to meet daily output targets.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• Relevant certification or training in metal finishing is a significant advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in metal finishing roles

Technical Skills

• Experience with hand and power tools

Languages

• English: Fluent
