We are on the lookout for a dedicated Hotel Manager to lead our Durban hotel. You will be at the forefront of our operations, enhancing guest satisfaction and driving the hotel's success. Strong operational and leadership skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations to ensure high standards are maintained.
• Provide leadership and guidance to all hotel staff.
• Prepare financial forecasts and budgets.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
• Implement training programs to improve service quality.
• Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly.
• Drive sales and marketing strategies to boost hotel visibility.
• Ensure property maintenance is up to standard.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent

Experience

• At least 3 years of management experience in the hospitality industry

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
