As an Investment Banking Analyst in our Johannesburg office, you'll engage in high-stakes financial projects and analyses. Your work will include building accurate financial models, creating presentations for client meetings, and working alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities

• Develop financial models for M&A and capital raising transactions.
• Participate in due diligence and deal structuring discussions.
• Create detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide analytical support in negotiations and closing processes.
• Work to maintain client relationships and follow up post-transaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or an MBA is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking or financial analysis
