Job Description

As an IT Support Technician in our Johannesburg office, you will be the first line of support for our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our IT team to provide exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver first-level technical support to users.
  • Track and prioritize support requests in the ticketing system.
  • Assist with IT projects and system upgrades.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on IT equipment.
  • Ensure cybersecurity protocols are followed.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on technology trends.
  • Foster a positive relationship with users to enhance satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support roles
