Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patient health status and needs.
  • Manage acute and chronic patient conditions, with respect to their individual care plans.
  • Support a holistic approach to patient care by addressing physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
  • Engage in patient education and advocacy for better healthcare outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in nursing practices.
  • Assist in developing and implementing departmental policies and protocols.
  • Ensure high standards of nursing practice in line with best practices and ethical standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Nursing
  • Specialization in a relevant nursing specialty is an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with specialized training preferred
