Job Description

The Land Leasing Examiner will be responsible for managing the leasing of land, ensuring compliance with leasing regulations, and negotiating lease agreements with tenants. The successful candidate will also be required to manage and maintain lease records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Review and process leasing applications.
• Conduct compliance checks and audits of leasing practices.
• Assist in the management of lease-related disputes.
• Provide mentorship to junior leasing staff.
• Research and stay updated on relevant legislation regarding land leasing.
