We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee all phases of our construction projects in Durban. The successful candidate will manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time.
• Implement project management best practices and tools.
• Assure compliance with environmental and health safety regulations.
• Cultivate relationships with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare project forecasts and budgets, tracking financial performance.
• Facilitate team meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
• Act as a primary point of contact for project queries.
• Conduct final inspections and approvals for project completion.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Health and Safety Certification is an advantage

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in construction management
