We are seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. Responsibilities

• Conduct medication therapy management consultations.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of pharmacy interns and staff.
• Identify and resolve medication-related problems.
• Participate in quality improvement activities within the pharmacy.
• Develop and implement pharmacy services to optimize patient care.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
• Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Pharmacy is an advantage

Experience

• Experience in a hospital pharmacy is a plus
