Job Description

As a Psychologist at Mental Health Solutions, you will play a key role in enhancing the mental health of our community. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at promoting recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Perform psychological assessments to diagnose disorders.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions for various conditions.
  • Design and implement psychological treatment plans.
  • Engage clients in therapy sessions to encourage healing.
  • Consult with other mental health professionals on client treatment.
  • Provide mental health resources and information to clients.
  • Participate in training and development activities.
  • Evaluate therapeutic outcomes and make recommendations.
  • Create a supportive and safe environment for clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or related discipline
  • PhD in Psychology is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant clinical experience

  • DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)

Certifications
  • Clinical Psychologist Registration
  • Certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
