Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Healthcare Administrator to manage administrative operations within our facilities. You will be responsible for coordinating with medical staff, managing budgets, and ensuring that all healthcare operations run smoothly. An understanding of healthcare regulations and strong leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication between staff, patients, and families.
  • Ensure timely response to patient inquiries and complaints.
  • Monitor staff compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Assist with HR functions including hiring and training.
  • Manage scheduling and staffing for the clinic.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and administrative activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management
  • Master's degree preferred
