• Oversee all aspects of hotel management, including guest services, housekeeping, and finance.
• Drive team performance through motivation and performance management.
• Analyze market trends to adapt hotel offerings accordingly.
• Ensure hotel facilities are operating efficiently and effectively.
• Enhance guest experiences through personalized service.
• Manage hotel promotions and online presence.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
• Lead recruitment and training of hotel staff.
• Prepare reports for management detailing hotel performance and guest feedback.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Master's degree is preferred
• Budget Management Proficient in managing budgets and maximizing revenue.
• Customer Service Excellence Adept at providing superior customer service and resolving guest issues.
• Leadership Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA)
• First Aid Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Intermediate)

• Familiarity with PMS and Booking Systems: Hands-on experience with Property Management System (PMS) and various booking platforms.
• Crisis Management Skills: Ability to effectively manage crises and emergency situations.
