Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Architect to lead architectural projects in Cape Town. In this role, you will manage client relationships, prepare designs, and coordinate project teams. You will ensure project delivery meets quality standards while optimising resources and adhering to timelines.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine architectural drawings, ensuring precision and clarity.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers.
• Assist in budgeting and resource management for architectural projects.
• Foster relationships with local authorities and stakeholders for project facilitation.
• Ensure effective quality control and risk management throughout project execution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master of Architecture is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in architecture

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Collaboration

Certifications

• Architectural Design Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Fluency in multiple languages: Ability to communicate in Afrikaans enhances interaction with local clients.
