Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for high-priority customer escalations.
  • Manage customer feedback and relay insights to management.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to improve service skills.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions.
  • Support the onboarding of new customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
  • Contribute to the development of FAQs and support documentation.
