Job Description

As an Account Manager at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the growth of our business. We seek a motivated individual with a strong background in client management and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and status meetings with clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and analyze client interactions.
  • Provide feedback to the product team regarding client needs.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Develop account growth strategies based on client feedback.
  • Ensure clients are satisfied with the services provided.
  • Support sales team with customer insights and reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is advantageous

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in account or client management
