Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and ensure adherence.
• Interact with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Perform land surveys and recreation plans as necessary.
• Ensure sustainable practices are incorporated into designs.
• Administer project contracts to secure compliance and deliverables.
• Conduct quality and safety audits during construction phases.
• Prepare detailed progress reports for senior management.
• Adapt designs based on project constraints and requirements.
• Facilitate communication between multifaceted teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of engineering experience in a construction environment
