We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our expanding team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in various civil engineering projects, a passion for innovative infrastructure solutions, and the capability to lead and manage projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design civil engineering projects including highways, bridges, and buildings.
• Conduct site investigations and assess project feasibility.
• Prepare engineering reports and project documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with legislation and safety standards.
• Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and other engineers.
• Oversee construction and maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project schedules and budgets.
• Communicate with stakeholders and present project updates.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and support staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of engineering experience in a construction environment
