We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our expanding team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in various civil engineering projects, a passion for innovative infrastructure solutions, and the capability to lead and manage projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Review and amend preliminary design work.
• Conduct structural analysis and apply necessary modifications.
• Prepare project proposals including cost estimates and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare technical drawings using CAD software.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Ensure all engineering work complies with relevant codes and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of engineering experience in a construction environment
