Job Description

As an Immigration Attorney, you'll represent clients navigating complex immigration matters including visas, work permits, and citizenship applications. Your expertise will guide clients through the legal maze of immigration laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on best strategies for navigating immigration processes.
• Draft and prepare legal correspondence and documentation.
• Attend court hearings and represent clients effectively.
• Organize and manage case files and documentation systematically.
• Conduct client interviews to ascertain facts for case development.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior attorneys and interns.
• Participate in community outreach to educate stakeholders on immigration rights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Admission to the South African Bar Association

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Immigration law
