As a Contract Risk Advisor, you will be instrumental in identifying risks in contracts and implementing strategies to mitigate them. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of legal frameworks and contract management principles.
Responsibilities
Review and assess supplier contracts for potential risks.
Implement and monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Assist in the negotiation of contract terms to minimize risk.
Develop and deliver training on risk management strategies.
Prepare and present risk assessment reports to senior management.
Engage with suppliers to ensure they understand contract obligations.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
Master's degree is advantageous

At least 5 years of experience in contract management or risk assessment
