Contract Risk Advisor

Job Description

As a Contract Risk Advisor, you will be instrumental in identifying risks in contracts and implementing strategies to mitigate them. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of legal frameworks and contract management principles.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess supplier contracts for potential risks.
• Implement and monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Assist in the negotiation of contract terms to minimize risk.
• Develop and deliver training on risk management strategies.
• Prepare and present risk assessment reports to senior management.
• Engage with suppliers to ensure they understand contract obligations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in contract management or risk assessment
