Join our legal team as a Legal Advisor in Cape Town, where you will handle a variety of legal matters, from contract negotiations to compliance reviews. Your expertise will guide our clients through the intricacies of law, ensuring effective representation.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on legal rights and responsibilities.
• Prepare and submit legal documents and filings as necessary.
• Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with company operations.
• Conduct due diligence and reviews for corporate transactions.
• Advise on employment law and contractual obligations.
• Assist in litigation processes as required.
• Provide recommendations on best practices in compliance and corporate governance.
• Develop legal strategies to protect clients' interests.
• Stay current on legal developments affecting the firm and its clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Master's degree in Corporate Law or related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in legal counsel or compliance roles.
