Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering a productive work environment and enhancing employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts and manage the selection process.
  • Assist in developing training programs aimed at employee development.
  • Resolve employee complaints and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Develop and administer HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Oversee the implementation of employee engagement surveys and initiatives.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in succession planning and talent management.

  • Support the annual salary review process and job evaluations.
