Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts and manage the onboarding of new hires.
  • Implement HR initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Support management in employee performance evaluations.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Provide HR support for employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Research and report on HR trends and legislative changes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 4-6 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations
