The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food science principles and experience in product development, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. This role will contribute significantly to enhancing our product line and ensuring optimal food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects for the development of innovative food products and formulations.
• Evaluate raw materials and suppliers to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Document and report findings to management, proposing improvements when necessary.
• Continue to update knowledge of current food regulations and industry advancements.
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies for new product launches.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on food technology and safety.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Food Science or related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in food technology or related fields
