We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive key projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a proven track record in managing project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, and a passion for achieving results.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the veterinary team to provide exceptional care.
• Perform front desk tasks including client interaction and billing.
• Assist with admissions and discharges of pets from the clinic.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction with care.
• Maintain medical documentation accurately and timely.
• Participate in outreach programs to promote awareness of pet health.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Animal Health Technology
• Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in veterinary practice

• Anesthesia Monitoring

Certifications

• Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS)
