Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our team in delivering outstanding service in our hotel. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of hotel operations, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations and cultivate a positive work environment for staff.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Enhance the hotel's reputation through excellent customer service.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality
  • Master's degree in Business Management preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
