Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Create and update menus based on seasonality and customer preferences.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field

  • 7+ years in a management role within hospitality or restaurant settings
