Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee operations at our prestigious Johannesburg location. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and leading our dedicated team to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise hotel staff and ensure proper training and development.
  • Set targets for guest satisfaction and monitor results.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to boost bookings.
  • Implement effective inventory and supply chain management practices.
  • Conduct regular property audits to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Engage with guests to foster positive relationships and solicit feedback.
  • Manage the hotel's online presence and reputation through social media and review platforms.
  • Coordinate event planning and execution for special occasions and corporate functions.
  • Ensure operational compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks within the hotel.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
  • Relevant certifications in Hotel Management are an asset

  • 5+ years of hotel management experience, with a focus on guest service
