• Evaluate the effectiveness of current underwriting policies.
• Participate in strategic planning meetings to align underwriting goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, or related field
• Additional certifications are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally in underwriting roles
