We are searching for a dedicated psychologist to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will engage with clients, providing therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mental health and overall well-being. You will play a critical role in assessing client needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychological evaluations to guide treatment decisions.
• Provide therapeutic interventions using various modalities such as CBT and DBT.
• Support clients in setting and achieving personal goals for their mental well-being.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and legal standards of practice.
• Engage in community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness.
• Utilize supervision and peer feedback to enhance professional skills.

Requirements

Education

• Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD or PhD)
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of clinical practice in mental health

Certifications

• Registered Clinical Psychologist with HPCSA
