Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Specialist to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a passion for children's health, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with families and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor children's growth and development milestones.
• Perform necessary medical procedures and interventions.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.
• Liaise with schools and other community services for support.
• Advocate for children's health rights and community awareness.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical qualification
• Fellowship in Pediatric Medicine is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of clinical experience in pediatric settings

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) Registration
