Responsibilities

  • Implement and oversee employee engagement surveys focused on diversity and inclusion.
  • Conduct assessments to measure the effectiveness of diversity training programs.
  • Develop partnerships with educational institutions to foster diverse talent.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for the management on diversity initiatives.
  • Stay updated on best practices and trends in diversity and inclusion.
  • Engage employees in discussions that promote awareness and understanding of diversity challenges.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution sessions when diversity issues arise.
  • Promote a safe and supportive environment for all employees.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in fostering diversity initiatives
