Hotel Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to take charge of our Pretoria hotel. This role requires strong leadership skills and a knack for strategic planning to ensure both employee engagement and guest satisfaction are prioritized and achieved.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the successful day-to-day management of hotel staff and resources.
• Develop strategic plans for improvement based on market trends and guest feedback.
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through service excellence.
• Plan and coordinate hotel events and functions professionally.
• Monitor performance metrics regularly to drive continuous improvement.
• Support human resources in recruiting and training staff.
• Engage with community stakeholders to enhance hotel reputation.
• Prepare reports for upper management on hotel performance and staff efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Master's degree in Hospitality Management or similar preferred

Experience

• More than 5 years of experience in hotel operations
