Job Description

The Table Games Manager will oversee the operations of the casino's table games department, ensuring that games run smoothly while maintaining a high standard of customer service for all players. This role involves staff management, revenue monitoring, and the implementation of strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate table games staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company standards.
  • Review financial reports and manage game budgets.
  • Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with facilities management to ensure a pristine gaming area.
  • Gather feedback from players to inform service improvements.
  • Implement best practices in table games management and training.
  • Organize team meetings to discuss performance and challenges.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Promote a positive team culture focused on guest engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Additional qualifications in Business Administration or Hospitality Management are a plus
