We are searching for a highly capable Tour Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of tour operations. The successful candidate will ensure tours run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while delivering a first-rate experience for participants.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Travel Operations Manager in developing exciting and unique travel itineraries.
Lead tours and act as a guide to ensure clients have an enjoyable and educational experience.
Manage all communication with clients including answering questions, providing trip updates, and following up after the trip.
Prepare financial reports on the tour to the Travel Operations Manager.
Provide training and support to junior staff and tour guides.
Analyze feedback from previous tours to improve service delivery.
Monitor the performance of tour-related services and adjust plans as needed.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in tour management or related roles
