Job Description

We are searching for a highly capable Tour Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of tour operations. The successful candidate will ensure tours run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while delivering a first-rate experience for participants.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Travel Operations Manager in developing exciting and unique travel itineraries.
  • Lead tours and act as a guide to ensure clients have an enjoyable and educational experience.
  • Manage all communication with clients including answering questions, providing trip updates, and following up after the trip.
  • Prepare financial reports on the tour to the Travel Operations Manager.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff and tour guides.
  • Analyze feedback from previous tours to improve service delivery.
  • Monitor the performance of tour-related services and adjust plans as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in tour management or related roles
Technical Skills
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software

  • Interpersonal Skills

  • Marketing Experience: Experience in marketing and promoting tours to increase sales.
