Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed project documentation including scope and objectives.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution.
• Develop communication strategies to inform project stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and key stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and compliance.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
• Lead project reviews and post-mortem evaluations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field
• PMP Certification is desirable

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in project management

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Project
• Risk Management

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks: Hands-on experience with Agile practices in project delivery.
• Experience in stakeholder management: Ability to effectively manage stakeholders' expectations and relationships.
