Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Shoe Machine Operator to operate and maintain lacing machines for electric motor components. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality production within our dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate lacing machines according to specifications.
• Diagnose machine problems and perform necessary adjustments.
• Ensure that all parts are available and tools are clean and functioning.
• Follow standard operating procedures for safety and quality.

• Assist new employees with machine operations and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or apprenticeship in a relevant field is advantageous
