Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst to join our Durban team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data to support corporate decision-making and help drive strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include preparing financial models, conducting valuations, and assisting with mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Build and analyze complex financial models to support investment decisions.
• Conduct detailed market research and financial analysis.
• Create presentations for stakeholders regarding financial strategies.
• Assess the financial implications of business decisions.
• Act as a financial advisor to management on key initiatives.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for the finance team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in financial analysis or corporate finance roles.
