Pharmacist

Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Pharmacy Solutions Ltd., you will oversee the dispensing of medications and provide guidance on their proper use. You will engage with patients to ensure effective therapeutic outcomes and contribute to our mission of improving community health.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the pharmacy.
• Provide support to the pharmacy team in service delivery and operations.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and patient safety initiatives.
• Lead patient education sessions on medication adherence and health issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers for stock and order management.
• Implement best practices for inventory management and cost control.
• Support pharmacy initiatives and community health projects.
• Mentor and train pharmacy staff on professional practices.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)
• Experience in clinical pharmacy is an advantage

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in community pharmacy
