We are searching for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide to lead our tours in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the city’s history and culture, with a passion for showcasing the best of South Africa to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Conduct guided tours to landmarks and attractions in Cape Town.
• Create personalized experiences by adapting tours to guests’ interests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the tour.
• Maintain a positive and energetic demeanor to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle any questions or concerns from tourists effectively.
• Collaborate with other guides and staff for efficient operations.
• Keep up-to-date with local developments that may affect tours.
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract new customers.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a Tour Guide or in tourism-related roles

Certifications

• CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
