Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs for staff development.
  • Conduct regular meetings to discuss operational goals and challenges.
  • Manage reservations and oversee event planning.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve services and offerings.
  • Participate in community events to promote the restaurant.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Management
  • Additional certifications in Food and Beverage Management are an asset

  • 5+ years of management experience in the hospitality sector
