Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager in Pretoria to oversee diverse projects within our development team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the project lifecycle from inception to completion.
  • Ensure adherence to project methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Drive project initiatives and lead project meetings.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Prepare project documentation and status reports for management.
  • Manage team dynamics and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Track project deliverables and conduct performance analysis.
  • Engage with external partners and stakeholders as necessary.
  • Conduct post-project analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in developing project proposals and contracts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing projects, with a focus on IT or engineering sectors
