We are seeking skilled Cutting, Punching, and Press Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading-edge machinery, ensuring we produce parts that meet our exacting standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate machines for production runs based on specifications.
• Monitor machinery during operation and make adjustments as needed.
• Conduct quality inspections and document findings.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Assist in the training of junior operators.
• Maintain an organized work area reflective of best practices.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding production status.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Diploma in manufacturing or engineering preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
