Responsibilities

• Lead the testing efforts for software releases, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Design and implement testing frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency.
• Ensure that all tests are executed in accordance with the established testing processes.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
• Work closely with product management and development teams to uncover user needs.
• Lead defect triage meetings and prioritize issues based on severity.
• Assist in the adoption of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of QA methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree would be an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a QA Tester role

• Test Automation Frameworks

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CST)

Languages

• English: Fluent
