Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing stock.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure that promotional displays and signage are up to date.
• Handle transactions efficiently to minimize wait times.
• Assist in training new sales associates when needed.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Additional qualifications in retail or customer service preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a retail environment
