Responsibilities

• Ensure the ethical conduct of clinical trials in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Assist in patient recruitment and informed consent processes.
• Prepare and maintain study documentation in compliance with audit standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate trial execution.
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in trial data.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of study data for accuracy and integrity.
• Support the Clinical Operations Manager in project timelines and deliverables.
• Contribute to the development of strategies for the recruitment of participants.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Clinical Research or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience within clinical trials

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis
• Statistical Software (e.g., SAS, SPSS)

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous
