We are on the lookout for an Intellectual Property Specialist who is passionate about protecting innovative ideas and products. You will play a crucial role in advising clients on intellectual property rights, conducting IP audits, and representing them in disputes.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on trademark and copyright registration processes.
• Create and implement strategies for protecting trade secrets.
• Monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape for IP issues.
• Assist in the resolution of IP infringement cases.
• Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
• Support the marketing team with IP-related guidance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in IP Law or equivalent is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IP law, focusing on trademarks and patents

Technical Skills

• Patent Law
• Trademark Registration

• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Certified Patent Attorney
• Certificate in IP Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in conducting IP training: Ability to train clients and staff on IP compliance and best practices.
• Proficiency in a second language: Fluency in another language is beneficial for international clients.
