Compliance Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a Compliance Officer to oversee and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements within the company. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of compliance regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance training sessions for staff.
• Analyze compliance data and provide insights for improvement.
• Coordinate with external auditors during compliance assessments.
• Review and revise compliance documentation regularly.
• Act as a liaison between departments for compliance-related issues.
• Support initiatives aimed at promoting ethical business practices.
• Develop strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the compliance program.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs

Certifications

• CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist)

• Knowledge of anti-bribery laws: Familiarity with local and international anti-bribery laws.
